they cal you and want you to call them back about a "business matter".
They are very careful to disclose no details about who they are, why they are calling, or etc. And, they make sure that you pay for the call to them. they are happy to call you on your cell phone & run up your charges.

Why does our Government allow this kind of practice I was contacted by them (at my place of employment) regarding a bill we already paid. Johanna would not talk to my husband who handles all the bills. She said that I was the patient (it was a medical bill) and that I was an adult and responsible. She wouldn't let me talk at all. I know they are trained to be mean and rude to you. How do they sleep at night? I told her my husband had lost his job and it was everything we did to just survive. This was a $67 bill (that we already paid, mind you) and she just badgered the hell out of me. Why, with today's economic crisis, does our government allow this to happen to it's people?. This woman broke my heart. I couldn't believe she could be so mean and ruthless.
